NHS Elect offers heavily discounted rates to attendees for our events. We want to encourage as many attendees, clinical as well as non-clinical to attend and benefit from our sessions. As a result, we do charge a cancellation fee of £150 if you give us less than 5 working days’ notice or do not attend on the day.
We need to be notified no less than 5 working days before the event by email if you do not plan to attend in order not to incur this charge.
We apply this as we pay a ‘per person rate’ for catering and room rental for our events. Once our numbers are confirmed to the venue we are invoiced for every delegate regardless of whether you turn up or not.
By helping us to keep our operating costs down and avoiding unnecessary wastage we can provide you with more high quality events throughout the year.
In the event you cannot make it but someone else from your organisation can attend in your place we welcome substitutes. There is no charge incurred should this take place. By agreeing to attend this event you are also agreeing to these terms and conditions.
