The next two sessions for SCFN W4 sites will be held on 24 February and 17 March. Each session will include a variety of tools and techniques, and practical ideas to get colleagues on board and deliver change in a complex healthcare environment.
The two sessions will be delivered by Robin Davis, a Director at NHS Elect. Having worked in various senior NHS management roles, Robin has an excellent understanding of the competing demands of operational health care management and the challenge of meaningfully engaging clinicians in projects. He is an accomplished facilitator and enjoys the challenge of working with clinical teams to bring about improvements for patients.
Over the course of the two sessions, you will:
- Develop approaches for dealing with complex and complicated issues
- Learn ways to practically engage with service users and carers
- Explore how to apply QI tools and techniques
- Develop practical ideas to lead change and get people on board
- Learn ways to work with those who might resist change and new ideas
